Abstract
The present essay, deploying the phenomenological pedagogy approach to the study of conflict, analyzes the socio-educational service of Spazio Neutro as an educational context for managing broken, suspended, destroyed relationships between parents and children, in situations of high family conflict, imparting a trans-formation in the direction of educational sense.
